Navali provides FREE delivery throughout Australia. For most areas, your order will arrive in 1-2 business days. If you are based in a rural part of Australia, please allow extra time for your delivery. Some deliveries to remote locations will be charged an additional shipping rate. In most cases free shipping will be correct, but in some cases additional freight charges may be required. Our customer service team will contact you if this is the case and you must agree to these extra charges before the order can be shipped. Priority Delivery is available, please contact our customer service department for a quote and delivery times.

A Navali bag is a companion for life. We stand behind all our products, and we guarantee 100% satisfaction for all our customers. At Navali, we take great pride in the products that we sell. Every product is inspected prior to shipment and we are certain that it will meet your standards.
If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org. Navali allows you to return your order within 30 days of the date of purchase for a full refund or an exchange. All returns must arrive within 30 days of delivery. The bag must be in new, unused condition with the tags and original factory packaging in order to qualify for reimbursement. We don’t want you having anything from Navali that you aren’t completely satisfied with. If you ever run into an issue with your Navali bag, our staff is always on deck and ready to help. We will happily repair or replace any faulty Navali product. We offer a 1 year warranty from the date of purchase on every product, when used under normal conditions and for the purpose intended. Please keep in mind that leather will wear from use over a period of time and distress is common for leather products and this is not a defect in the product. However, if your item is faulty please contact us as soon as possible at firstname.lastname@example.org. We will inspect the product upon return and if its a manufacturing defect, we will gladly repair or replace it.
If within fourteen days of your order, the price on your bag or accessory has dropped, or we run a promotion that would result in a lower price, we are happy to allow for a price adjusment. Please contact us at email@example.com with your original order confirmation so that we may refund the difference to your original form of payment.
